Chemin des Sœurs
Linking the Baie-Saint-Paul beach to the old convent in downtown Baie-Saint-Paul, the Chemin des Sœurs is a former pilgrimage site that has now been transformed into a quiet, inspiring walk. It offers a vast natural setting, with magnificent panoramic views of snow-covered fields, and passes through a mixed woodland bordered by the beach. Park at the Boisé du Quai (free) or at the municipality's former convent, the Maison Mère de Baie-Saint-Paul. Whether as a departure, arrival or midway point, the three bell towers of the Maison Mère make an excellent stopover, offering plenty to discover. They are home to the Mousse Café, a friendly café-luncherie, the collaborative workspace La Procure, a museum space and a youth hostel, the Auberge des Balcons.
