Rose & Lion champignons

Located in Les Éboulements, Rose & Lion champignons is a mushroom farm specializing in oyster mushrooms, lion’s mane, maitake and other distinctive varieties. Their harvests are supplied to several restaurants, public markets and points of sale across Charlevoix. At the farm, guided tours invite visitors into the fascinating world of mushroom cultivation, with the opportunity to take part in mushroom picking.
